Honesty matters to us: in Nigeria, long-term residential mortgages can only be offered by a CBN-licensed Primary Mortgage Bank. Orosiba is building toward that licence deliberately. The products we launch first are the ones available at our current stage, and every repayment our customers make builds the track record that brings the full mortgage closer.
Traditional credit checks look for payslips and bank history that most Nigerians don't have. Our model looks at what you do have: consistent rent payments, mobile money activity, savings discipline, and verified identity, to build a fair picture of your reliability.
